But seriously if you would really like to know how I did this or think you have some idea drop a comment. I’ve had these pictures in my phone for some time and those that I’ve shown so far were all unable to figure it out.

The van is being towed it explains why the front end is pushed down plus the van is rear-wheel drive. Tow trucks usually tow vans that way.
